Order Completion
All orders are usually completed
within 3 business days (weather permitting). If your needs are not met by the 3-day time-frame, let us know and we will
do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Green Wood Packaging
For all green wood orders, we use temporary, natural
methods to seal the cut grain immediately after the cut to help retain moisture. It is then placed in a moisture
controlled environment for shipment to also help preserve the moisture in the wood. The moisture preservation steps
are temporary, all natural and do not alter the wood. They are simply to help retain the woods moisture during shipping.
Shipping
All prices include UPS standard ground shipping in the 48 contiguous
United States at no additional charge. Next Day or Second Day shipping is available for most orders, depending on the
weight of the shipment. Before placing the order, let us know if you would like accelerated shipping.
